Yes, there is a $50 security deposit that will be returned after your event has ended as long as there are no damages and the contract is fulfilled. Once the security deposit is received, your reservation is locked in.
We have both white and black table and chair covers. They are $80 to rent; however, they are included in the whole weekend pricing. Included with table and chair covers for all day and all weekend rentals is table runners. We have assorted color choices.
The rental includes round and rectangle tables, chairs, a full kitchen including a stove top, oven, coffee makers, fridges, freezers, serving utensils, crockpots and electric roasters. Sanctuary area accessible by ramp, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, and air conditioning.

Yes, we allow outside alcohol to be brought in. However, you are responsible to obtain event liability insurance with a liquor liability.

Christian owned by Dave and Jaime Butler. We have lived in the Centerville area for 18 years. Parents of long time 4Hers. Jaime has been an RN for many years and currently is a Nurse Practitioner. Dave is an employee of Wheeling Hospital as an x-ray tech in the cardiac cath lab. We love to antique and have enjoyed the rich history of the church and the opportunity to keep it open for the community.
